I have to admit it, I love Mexican food. Yeah, that puts me in a unique category with about 100 million other people around here, but it's just good. And while I have a couple of little hole in the wall type places around the southwest (more west) that I just have to eat in every time I pass through, Salsarita's is my go-to choice in Knoxville. What you may not know is that they should also be your first choice among Knoxville catering companies.
